Alejandro and Ricardo, friends since childhood, have extensive culinary experience in places like Cap Rocat, Martín Berasategui, and Mirador de Ulía. Miguel, after working as a chef and waiter in Latin America, brings his global perspective on hospitality. At IDILIO Palma, Miguel leads communication, conveying everything that happens in this space created out of devotion.
